FOAM BOARDS & BUILDING WRAP

At McVay Brothers, we use a variety of building wraps and foam boards to prepare for siding.

In general, we use building wraps on a smooth new-construction like surface  Foam boards provide some insulation value and can also serve to cover resaw and other products necessary for furring walls out.

Dow's 1/4" fanfold (steel & vinyl) and HardieWrap (fiber cement) are our two most preferred products due in patd to their breathability.
