We have been providing quality installations and vinyl window products for years.

Primary Seal: Polyisobutylene (PIB) minimizes moisture permeation, is UV resistant and provides an outstanding argon barrier.

Secondary Seal: Specially formulated silicone for IG units provides long-term adhesion, is unaffected by UV exposure and provides excellent durability when exposed to moisture. Silicone also provides structural integrity.

Spacer: Stainless steel spacer features a roll form design to provide maximum area for primary and secondary sealant coverage. It provides increased resistance to condensation and less stress on IG seal system. No polymer content eliminates the risk of chemical fogging.

Desiccants: Beaded molecular sieve provides initial frost points below -65°F. Desiccant assures optimum moisture adsorption while minimizing the effects of temperature-related pressure changes.
R-4 Package
The R-4 package includes Indium, Low-e 366, Foam Filled Frames & Argon Gas.
All of our vinyl windows are protected with Preserve Film.

Once McVay Brothers receives your initial request, one of our team members will start quoting out everything for you. Please list a good email address and phone number in case we have any questions regarding the quote. When the quote is all finished we will send it back to you to look over.
Payment Options
When you are ready to purchase there are two options on how you would like to pay for your windows. You can call us at (509) 928-4686 and we can take a credit card over the phone OR you can stop by our showroom at 2210 N Dollar Rd, Spokane Valley 99212 and drop off a check.
Payments must be made in full before we can officially order your windows.
Lead Times and Pickup
Lead times typically range anywhere from 25 business days to 35 business days. Painted windows could take up to 40 business days. Once the windows arrive at our warehouse, we will give you a call and let you know they are ready to be picked up.
