• We will be pounding on your roof, so please remove any valuable items from your interior
  walls that could fall from vibration.
• Please notify us of any current leaks or existing damage to your roof.
• Please notify us of any loose or extremely heavy light fixtures or ceiling fans. These may
  need to be removed prior to installation.
• We often utilize equipment such as our exclusive roofers’ buggy to minimize the mess
  during tear-offs. However, roofing is a messy business and you should expect dust and
  dirt, especially if we are re-sheeting your roof.
• We normally work between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Please let us know if
  you work nights or have any special needs in this area. Do not be concerned if it is over
  90 degrees and your crew leaves early for the day – it is extremely hot up there. During
  extreme heat waves, we may ask you if we can work in the evenings.
• In most cases, we will need access to power from the exterior of your home or structure.
• Please let us know if you have a preferred area for our product, equipment or vehicles.
• Our installers come and go, so please make sure your pets are secure during our
  installation.

  ringers, lights, address numbers, etc. so if you would like to go out and purchase
  new exterior fixtures, we would be more than happy to install the new items for
